Ator, cantor, ator e facilitador de grupo por 39 anos. Ele treinou, integrou e dirigiu vários grupos de teatro no Brasil. Ministra cursos e palestras para empresas de Marketing Pessoal, Trabalho em Equipe, Criatividade e Comunicação, desenvolvendo uma proposta de crescimento pessoal através do trabalho corporal e vocal. Participou de cursos e workshops com mestres como Augusto Boal, Eugênio Barba, Antunes Filho e Rosa Krausz. Sua especialidade é preparar pessoas para apresentações divertidas e atraentes. Participou de vários grupos teatrais no Brasil nas principais capitais e nos principais festivais de teatro. Como ator, ele fez muitas campanhas publicitárias em vídeos transmitidos pela TV aberta e pela internet.

He has an explanation for everything and the exercises we do during the lesson are very well structured. Nothing feels rushed and he takes his time to understand what you want to work on and gives proper feedback by being very supportive.
After a couple lessons, I'm already noticing both my confidence and speaking skills improving a lot. Just gotta keep practicing these muscle I never used before.
I would recommend Andrell for his action approach to his lessons rather than theory and information. As that is how you will get better at communicating. He has a holistic approach to public speaking, which includes breathing exercises, voice management, stress control and body language. The classes go by very quickly, there is no time to get bored.
