Sobre Steven

Hi! My name is Steven, and I was born and raised in London, England — the home of the English language.

For the past year, I’ve been living right here in Brazil, connecting with amazing people and embracing the culture. Teaching English has become one of my greatest passions. There’s nothing more rewarding than helping someone gain the confidence to speak a new language and watching their skills grow every week.

My approach is simple: real English for real life. I focus on conversation, confidence, and giving my students the tools they need to reach the next level in their journey. Whether you're starting from zero or want to improve what you already know, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

Let’s make English part of your everyday life — and enjoy the process together.

About My Classes & Teaching Method

Hi! My name is Steven and I'm the founder of The Brazilian English Club — a bold, fresh approach to learning English designed specifically for Portuguese speakers who want real results.

I’m a fully certified TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) teacher with years of international experience, and I’ve been living in Brazil long enough to understand exactly what Brazilian students need to succeed. I speak your language, I know your challenges — and I know how to guide you to fluency.

Conversation First
Forget boring grammar drills and textbooks. My method focuses on speaking English from day one. We build your confidence quickly using real-life conversations, practical vocabulary, and smart repetition. You’ll learn how to express yourself clearly and naturally — not just memorize rules.

️ Top 100 most used verbs with simple conjugations
️ Survival English phrases for real situations
️ Interactive homework and challenges
️ Supportive course structure to help you retain and practice

Fast Progress – Your Pace
Each lesson is tailored to you. Whether you're a total beginner or restarting your English journey, my system is designed to get you speaking quickly and confidently. I offer personal guidance, 24/7 support for questions, and clear steps to help you reach your goals.

Real English for Real Life
Travel. Work. Social life. My lessons are built around situations you'll actually face — ordering food, making friends, booking hotels, or acing a job interview. You'll feel comfortable using English in the real world, not just the classroom.
