Sobre Mariana
I have been a teacher for more than 20 years. Throughout this time, I have had the opportunity to work with students of all ages and levels.
For the past four years, I have been working exclusively online, which has given me extensive experience with online teaching—not only through practice, but also through studying and developing effective ways to teach in this environment.
One of the most important things I have learned throughout these years is that the most effective way to make the learning process meaningful is to connect it to each individual’s reality, background, and needs. When we use what is relevant to the student’s own life, the language becomes a natural part of it rather than something separate from everything else.
That is why I believe that teaching should be personalized. There is no single method that works equally well for everyone. The approach should adapt to the person, their goals, their pace, and the way they learn best.

Each class will be designed according to each person’s needs, pace, and goals. Everything is developed around your individual profile.
There are basically two approaches:
1. Structured lessons
We can work with worksheets and books, following content focused on specific vocabulary, grammar, texts, and audio. We use these materials to develop your communication skills and talk about real-life topics related to the content.
2. DOGME
We start with whatever subject comes up naturally during the class and use it as an opportunity to refine your English. We identify and correct mistakes, improve sentence structures, expand your vocabulary, and work on the areas that will help you communicate more naturally and confidently.
