I'm from a town just 30 minutes away from Lisbon, I've studied english all my life, but I always felt that my use of the language was too stiff, too "exam-trained". Only when I did an exchange semester abroad, where I met people from all over the world that I gained that juvenile slang moved speech, which I believe is exactly what, perhaps you, reading this right now, are seeking.

My teaching approach is practical and fully personalized. I always start by understanding your level and your goals (travel, work, moving to Portugal, or general conversation). Lessons are mainly conversation-based, using real-life situations such as shopping, working, socializing, and handling daily tasks.
I also cover grammar and vocabulary, but always in a simple and practical way, so you can immediately use what you learn when speaking. I can explain everything in English or Spanish, which is especially helpful for beginners.
Classes are relaxed and pressure-free, making mistakes is part of the learning process. My goal is to help you gain fluency, confidence, and a natural way of speaking Portuguese, not just textbook knowledge.
My lessons are aimed at foreigners at beginner or intermediate level who want to learn European Portuguese, improve pronunciation, understand common expressions, and speak like a local. I do not prepare students for official exams or diplomas — the focus is real, day-to-day communication.
