I've been practicing Yoga for 11 years and I could benefit in so many ways of this practice that at some point I decided to start teaching.
Yoga and Art are the things that framed my world the most in the last years and somehow I like to see how I can create bridges between the 2 of them. What stands out from all the practices and explorations for me is freedom - and that's why I want more people to feel free in their own body and mind.

The classes can be in English or Portuguese.
I cherish a sustainable practice where the student feel seen & safe and, if it's the case, I am also enthusiastic about how we can explore the limits out the comfort zone. The practices are for all levels of practitioners, including beginners. The intention is to bring a very personal and integrative practice according to the needs of the student. I can offer Hatha, Ashtanga and Yin classes. This is a space for experimentation and self-investigation.

Amazing yoga class with Tati (Asthanga and Hatha). In addition to her kindness, patience and motivational skills, she also brought a lot of knowledge ( history and physiology) to the class. I can only recommend her.

Nossas aulas são sempre leves! A Tati é uma pessoa muito querida, atensiosa e está sempre disposta a mudar ou adptar as práticas de acordo com o que estou sentindo no momento. Ela me ajuda MUITO com minha coluna (que requer um cuidado especial) e sinto que hoje consigo meditar com uma facilidade muito maior. Recomendo de olhos fechados!
